Urethane Covers
All major golf ball manufacturers use a urethane cover on their high-end, or tour-caliber ball models.
Trust has developed a way to produce golf balls with a urethane coating that feels soft to the touch of a golf club, yet is durable and has a high spin, without compromising the ball's travel distance.
Injection molding
In 2016, Trust developed and perfected a urethane coating material that can be efficiently applied via injection molding, which is the perfect method for molding golf ball covers.
Compared to Thermoset polyurethane materials, the process saves energy, is recyclable and environmentally friendly without compromising performance.
Data from Golf Laboratories
Keeping up with the big brands
Dispersion and trajectory data from Golf Laboratories show that Trust is able to compete with other products, including well-known brands:
Designed in house
360 design and manufacturing
Because Trust controls the entire golf ball manufacturing process - design, material, core and cover - we are able to manufacture urethane coated golf balls with premium performance that can rival the quality of the world's best golf balls at a lower competitive price.
4 Compression Levels
Every golfer produces a different ball deformation. This is influenced by various factors, such as: figure, age, golf club, and swing speed.
Many golfers use premium golf balls used by their favorite professional PGA Tour golfers, but these balls are not necessarily suitable for their abilities, or the speed of their swing.
Trust golf balls have gone through a long development process, based on the PGA compression rating to produce four types of balls, each with different pressure levels that can be adjusted according to the golfer's swing speed.
A ball for every level
Suitable for all golfers
Every Trust ball – for beginners, intermediate and professional players – is coated with a premium urethane cover , so golfers no longer need to sacrifice mileage to get the best golf ball performance and smooth strokes.
Now, anyone can play and buy a premium, tour-caliber golf ball, as well as get maximum distance and performance.
